Responsible AI
AIML Labs approaches AI as a system design problem.
The standard is not whether a model can produce an answer. The standard is whether the surrounding workflow is reviewable, bounded, policy-aware, and useful under real operating conditions.
- AI should enter a workflow where its role is explicit.
- Human handoff should be available when the system reaches its limit.
- Verification and review loops matter more than optimistic demos.
- Customer data access should be scoped to the task, not generalized by default.
- Channel-specific consent and policy constraints are part of the system design.
